- Product features
- The MPP UNO seals and fills 1 straw per cycle. The sealing is performed by means of ultrasonic welding.
- Conversion between 0.25 cc straws and 0.5 cc straws, without exchanging any parts, within only 3 minutes. The exchangeable hoppers hold either 2.200 straws of 0.25 cc or about 1.300 straws of 0.5 cc.
- The very compact device requires little space. The vacuum pump and the pressure controller are integrated in the device.The ultrasound generator in an extra casing can be mounted at a distance of up to 2.5 m. ON/OFF switch directly on the machine.
- The filling and sealing area is completely closed: Best hygienic and safety conditions are therefore fully guaranteed.Optimal control by the user: the filling process is performed right in front of him.
- Easy adjustment of the filling duration is possible during the filling procedure: gradual extension or reduction of the filling times with + and – buttons. Fast selection of two user defined filling duration times by means of a switch. In that way the optimal plug humidity is adjustable without any loss of semen. This is ideal, for example, for users of two different extenders with higher and lower viscosity.
- Sensor for the vacuum adjustment with large digital display for the actual measured vacuum pressure value. Fast adjustment of vacuum value with built-in ↑ and ↓ buttons. Fast selection of two pre-adjustable vacuum values is possible: a low flow rate for very sensitive sperm cells or a normal filling speed.
- Sealing point of the straw with H-cross-design: no width extension, no kinking. Therefore ideal conditions for counting devices and packing in goblets. The sealing doesn’t increase its cross section after extended use like with other conventional systems.
- Fast exchange of filling and suction nozzles between the ejaculates due to magnetic holders.
- No wearing parts. Very fast and easy cleaning.
