TwinPacker Automatic Boar Semen Packaging and Labelling Machine
1. The Minitüb TwinPacker is a compact and robust table top machine featuring a dual working cycle that processes 2 semen tubes at a time. With the velocity of 550 tubes per hour operated by only one person, the TwinPacker is the ideal solution for smaller and medium sized boar studs.2.The filling station consists of an innovative, straight-line peristaltic pump system providing the precise volume to each tube and delivering the semen with utmost sperm friendliness. The filling tubings are primed without wasting any semen:Therefore even the first tube of the ejaculate is perfectly filled and sealed.
3.The tube sealing station uses heat impulse sealing technology. Its sealing jars provide a 4 mm secure sealing seam. The printing station provides state-of-the-art labels for the semen tubes and is able to print logos and barcodes for automatic identification of the semen batch.
4.The industrial standard machine control unit of the TwinPacker contains the boar data and allows easy and quick selection. It can be interfaced with the IDEE laboratory software in order to automatically receive boar data and number of doses for each ejaculate. It has internet capabilities for remote service access.
5.The modular design of the machine allows easy maintenance and repair even for laymen.
The TwinPacker does not require compressed air.
