Sperm Vision™ is a quality control system for sperm cells and the perfect tool for
professional and efficient semen production as well as for sophisticated research. With
standardized, objective evaluation criteria and its archive and documentation functions, it is
an important cornerstone for customer confidence in your analysis technology. Motility and
concentration assessment is much more reliable due to the large number of cells in multiple
fields that can be analyzed in seconds.
Sperm Vision™ accurately calculates sperm concentration and analyzes a wide range of
motility parameters. With an automatic sperm cell identification tool, it facilitates morphology
assessments based on 100X oil magnification. Sperm Vision™ also offers a viability tool and
is able to automatically analyze the Propidium Iodine/ SYBR 14 viability stain.
The complete Sperm Vision™ system consists of the
CASA software, a high-speed and high-resolution
black and white camera and a state of the art PC with
special graphics card.
Sperm Vision™ with Viability option additionally
includes a colour camera.
